Litigation Solicitor

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious litigation Associate to join a Product Regulatory and Life Sciences team. You will have the chance to work on high-value product liability litigation, particularly in the healthcare space, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

The successful candidate will gain multi-jurisdictional experience and be involved in complex litigation matters, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and cutting-edge legal work.

• Manage Complex Product Liability Litigation: Work on both group and multi-party litigation at national and global levels.

• Client Advisory: Advise pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers on product safety and regulatory aspects of their portfolios.

• Regulatory Investigations: Provide counsel to clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food and beverage industries on regulatory investigations.

• Represent Clients in Legal Proceedings: Act on behalf of clients in regulatory enforcement actions, civil claims, and criminal proceedings.

• PQE: 1-5 years post-qualification defence litigation experience.

• Product Liability Experience: Experience in product liability litigation, particularly in life sciences product liability defense, is highly advantageous.

• Relevant Legal Experience: Candidates with an interest or experience in areas such as medical/healthcare litigation, medical negligence, competition, financial regulation, or data privacy will be considered.

• Passion for Specialisation: A strong interest in specialising in product liability and life sciences, particularly healthcare and pharmaceutical law.
