Responsibilities
  • System Design & Process Optimization: Develop and design financial policies, procedures, and solutions, providing standards and governance. Utilize domain expertise to design business-oriented and innovative financial policies, processes, and solutions, continuously improving their effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Lead the settlement team, identify and nurture high-potential talent, and enhance overall team capabilities. Establish fair incentive mechanisms to boost team motivation and engagement. Foster a positive team culture to strengthen cohesion and belonging.
  • Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure policies and processes comply with regulations, mitigate risks, and maintain consistency and accuracy in financial policies.
  • Technical Support & Training: Act as an expert, providing technical support to the finance settlement team, shared service center, and business units. Train and mentor the settlement team to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor and assess process effectiveness and compliance to ensure efficient financial system operations, supporting sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred), with the ability to grasp and apply complex financial concepts/tools.
  • Project Management: PM certification or proven experience in finance-business integration projects.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years in finance/project management, including 2+ years in financial team leadership.
  • Project Experience: Led financial system implementations, team transformations, or greenfield team setups; key contributor to finance-business process/system/automation projects.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional teamwork to ensure seamless policy execution.
  • Communication: Excellent coordination skills with Treasury, Tax, Credit Control, Legal, and external stakeholders.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle high-pressure, complex collection scenarios.
  • Learning Agility: Adapt quickly to evolving financial trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness. xcfaprz
