SAP Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organisation within the FMCG sector, is seeking a SAP S/4HANA SD & Pricing Business Analyst to support ongoing system enhancements and transformation initiatives within their enterprise environment.

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across Sales & Distribution processes.
  
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD modules, with a strong focus on pricing structures and condition techniques.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate commercial and operational requirements into system solutions.
  
• Support end-to-end SAP implementations including workshops, testing cycles and go‑live activities.
  
• Assist in optimising order-to‑cash processes within a complex enterprise landscape.
  
• Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams including Finance, Supply Chain and Master Data.
  
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting across SD‑related queries.
  

• 
  
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working on SAP implementations with hands‑on configuration exposure.
  
• Proven experience within SAP S/4HANA SD, particularly pricing configuration and condition management.
  
• Experience gathering and documenting functional specifications.
  
• Exposure to full project lifecycle delivery (design, build, test, deploy).
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non‑technical teams.
  
• Experience working within FMCG or high‑volume transactional environments.
  
• Knowledge of integration points between SD and other SAP modules.
  
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
  
• Understanding of data migration and master data governance.
  
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Third level degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
  
• Hybrid working model 3 days on site two days from home.
