IT Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to support the management of a portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on Cyber Security initiatives. The role will ensure projects are delivered in line with PMO Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management policies and standard operating procedures.

• Manage IT and Cyber Security projects in accordance with PMO standards.
• Support the overall project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Define and deliver project plans, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, provide scheduled reports, and maintain RAID logs.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure change management and quality assurance standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and suppliers.
• Host and participate in project meetings, stand-ups, and review sessions.
• Provide feedback to support process improvement initiatives.

• Relevant degree in IT or Project Management.
• PRINCE2 Certification essential; Agile delivery experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management, ideally with exposure to Cyber Security projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and schedules.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating teams.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft O365 suite, particularly SharePoint Online and Teams.
