Our client a distinguished food production premises is seeking a innovative & experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager. The role overall is overseeing the engineering & process Improvement projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets, while fostering innovation and collaboration across departments.

• Develop and implement engineering strategies, project plans, and timelines ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing for seamless project execution.
  
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance processes to ensure quality, compliance, and scalability
  
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement related to engineering projects.
  
• Maintain clear communication and relationships with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and partners.
