Store Manager

Our client a household name in Grocery Retail with expansion plans in 2026 are seeking TOP TALENT for their leadership team.

• Manage and support department managers across fresh, grocery, and non-food
  
• Maintain exceptional customer service and operational standards throughout the store
  
• Oversee labour planning, rostering, and cost control in line with turnover
  
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies
  
• Foster a strong, performance-driven culture focused on accountability and teamwork

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within a high-volume supermarket environment
  
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth while controlling operational costs
  
• Confident leadership style with the ability to manage multiple department managers
  
• Excellent organisational, planning, and operational management skills
