You will join a market‑leading M&A Advisory team specialising in both domestic and cross‑border transactions, with a strong focus on private equity. Working alongside highly experienced Directors and Partners, you will play a key role in managing deals from start to finish and advising clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle. This is a pivotal role within the team, offering real responsibility, exposure to interesting and challenging projects, and the opportunity to develop your leadership and business development skills.

• 
  
• Advising clients on buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions, including private equity deals
  
• Managing transactions end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client engagement
  
• Supporting negotiations and providing insight on the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements
  
• Delivering financial modelling and valuation analysis to support key decision‑making
  
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
  
• Identifying and leading business development opportunities
  
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
  
• Collaborating with an international advisory network to deliver best‑in‑class solutions
  
• Staying up to date with market trends and regulatory developments
  

• 
  
• ACA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent qualified
  
• Strong M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Financial Advisory experience
  
• Exposure to private equity transactions is advantageous
  
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical xcfaprz skills
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress
