Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
  • Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
  • Foster professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policy.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS - desirable.
