- Pay Rate: $65K-$85K annual (based on experience)
- Location: Vancouver, BC
- Schedule: 4 days per week (Mon-Wed on-site with leadership; 4th day flexible)
- Job type: Temporary Full-time 4-6 weeks

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Support new-hire onboarding, orientation, and completion of required documentation
- Maintain recruitment workflows through HRIS tools (BambooHR experience is an asset)
- Assist with performance-related processes, tracking, and documentation
- Support basic employee relations activities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Coordinate HR communications and scheduling across departments
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR systems
- Support HR leadership with daily operational needs and administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide HR assistance to multiple departments across the organization
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and employee engagement activities
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources (Coordinator or Generalist level)
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and employee support
- Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred; willingness to learn required)
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary degree required; HR-related education is an asset
- Comfortable working on-site initially; hybrid work may be available later
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience supporting performance discussions or basic employee relations
- Exposure to labour relations or industrial relations
- Experience using Payworks for payroll (asset, not required)
- Nonprofit or community-based organization experience
- International HR exposure or global HR support
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
