Essential Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving technical issues, providing clear and effective communication, and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a small team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues promptly, providing support to team members and end-users as needed. System Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of IT systems, including servers, networks, security systems, and applications. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and project progress. Stakeholder Communication: Consult with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Project Management: Lead and oversee IT projects of various complexities from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. Installations: Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Technology Planning: Develop and maintain a technology roadmap, which aligns with company objectives, with monitoring to ensure technology initiatives support business needs. Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or similar experience. Proven experience as an IT Manager, or similar role, with hands-on project leadership and installation expertise. Strong technical skills in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
