Pinnacle Physical Therapy, LLC is a community-based physical therapy practice located in Plaistow NH. We are dedicated to providing thorough evaluations and treatments for patients with musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, vestibular, and post-operative conditions. We prioritize coordination of care with each patient's medical staff and have established strong connections within the local community of Plaistow. Our practice is conveniently located near the MA border, right on Rt 125!

*Role Description*
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Pinnacle Physical Therapy in Plaistow NH. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, creating customized treatment plans, providing rehabilitation services, and delivering exceptional patient care. The role also involves collaborating with the patient's medical staff and actively participating in promoting health and wellness.
*Responsibilities*
* Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
* Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises
* Identify patient’s needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy to individual differences
* Recommend options, courses of action or modifications in selected treatments ensuring patient’s progress, safety and comfort
* Apply the latest research related to restoring function, reducing symptoms frequency, and preventing injury
* Complete documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services
* Perform selected data collection and obtain accurate information
* Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record
* Participate in patient status judgments
* Adhere to ethical and legal standards
* Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge
*Skills*
* Proven working or clinical experience as physical therapist
* Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
* Hands on experience with manipulation/ mobilization, DN, therapeutic exercises, functional training and physical modalities
* Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
* Health care administration and documentation skills
* License to practice or relevant certification
