Your tasks

  • You are an important part of the international roll out team for global HR Project European Payroll, which will drive harmonization, standardization and digitalization of international service offerings
  • Responsibility for co-designing the transformation of a payroll system relevant for a cluster of European countries (particular SAP S/4HANA) and for the migration of existing IT structures to a new target landscape
  • You will lead the project, managing the total project cycle including project set up, requirements definition, development, implementation and deployment
  • You are responsible for project planning and reporting, setting quality and performance standards and for the risk assessment
  • You ensure maximum performance of the project team, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • You will act as the liaison between internal and external resources to ensure smooth cooperation
  • You develop and maintain partnerships with all parties involved such as stakeholders and third-party resources
  • You are a process improvement evangelist, First Choice and Lean is part of your DNA and this goes hand in hand with standard process documentation
  • You are part of transformational projects in the area of HR Services and support during the roll-out of new services
  • You manage successful relationships with HR stakeholders around the world
  • You actively contribute to internal and external communities of experts, maintain professional contact with internal customers at specialist and head of department level
  • You help us strengthen our position within the group as quality leader by facilitating discussions and conducting business partner workshops in your area of responsibility
  • A clear vision on digitalization in a HR Shared Services environment and how to implement this (full end to end HR processes).


Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant work experience in consulting, business process design, technology or projects, ideally in a Shared Services (B2B) or equivalent of an international company
  • Experience with leading IT / SAP projects
  • Proven understanding of process design and process improvement
  • Certified First Choice or comparable process improvement methodology
  • Global citizen with continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally to HRS locations to support local teams
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent and results-oriented working style
  • Friendly, self-assured manner even when dealing with senior management
  • Business fluency in English and German – additional languages are an advantage
  • Extensive service and operational leadership experience are essential.
  • Experience effectively managing senior level business (HR) clients.
