POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Les Jardins Renoir, a warm and welcoming seniors' residence located in a prime area in the heart of the Chomedey district in Laval, has an opportunity for a Light Housekeeping Attendant. Working in a residence is more than just a job; it's a life experience. This is an opportunity to be recognized and valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service, and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors! Permanent part-time position, 28 hours per week on a 7/14 schedule, night shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and one weekend out of two. Night shift premium applies.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All other related tasks
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
• Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
• Keep the work environment clean
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Make service calls

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience
• Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
