We are building a high-functioning outpatient physical therapy program inside an established interventional pain practice — and we’re hiring one strong clinician to anchor it.

Compensation That Matches Performance
✔ $110,000 guaranteed base
✔ Up to $10,000 bonus per quarter
✔ $130,000–$150,000+ realistic total income

You will work directly alongside:
* Board-certified pain physician
* Nurse Practitioners
* Medical team managing injections & interventional procedures
* Coordinated care for complex musculoskeletal cases

Requirements
* Licensed PT (NM or eligible)
* Outpatient ortho experience
* Workers’ comp experience a plus
* Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative setting
