We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in automotive repair, particularly in performing oil changes and routine maintenance services. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and effective communication.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform oil changes and fluid checks on a variety of vehicles.
* Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to maintain and repair vehicles.
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues.
* Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommendations for additional maintenance.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
* Assist with heavy lifting as needed during vehicle servicing.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the service department.
* Stay updated on automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
*Requirements*
* Proven mechanical knowledge, preferably with experience in a dealership or automotive service environment.
* Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Experience using power tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
* A valid driver’s license is preferred.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
