Skills/Experience Required:

  • Resolve technical cases related to the ServiceNow platform and associated technologies
  • Troubleshoot unexpected platform behaviours and answer complex technical queries
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via web, chat, email, case updates, and phone
  • Build trust with customers through empathy, clear communication, and professionalism
  • Utilize diagnostic and debugging tools to isolate root causes of issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
  • Manage and prioritize a backlog of cases effectively
  • Contribute insights to internal teams regarding product and process improvements
  • Experience in two or more CSS, AJAX, ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS, Mobile application development
