Embedded RTOS Software Engineer – Core Platform Kernel

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a specialist team responsible for the kernel-level software powering next-generation SoCs. This role offers the chance to work on high-performance RTOS solutions for Mobile, Automotive, Cloud AI, and IoT markets.

• RTOS Development: Design, implement, and support new features for both proprietary and open-source real-time operating systems.
  
• Open Source Engagement: Customise and deploy Zephyr RTOS across multiple subsystems and contribute code back to the global Zephyr community.
  
• Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Own the roadmap from requirements analysis and feature design to unit testing and deployment.
  
• Architecture Optimisation: Develop a deep understanding of multi-core architectures to implement high-performance, low-power features.

• Core Skills: Expert-level C/C++ and experience with Assembly (RISC-V or ARM).
  
• Debugging: Proficiency with JTAG, Trace32, OpenOCD, or Segger J-Link.
  
• Automation: Experience with Python for scripting and automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
  
• Industry Standards: Experience in Automotive Software (ISO-26262, ASPICE, or ISO-21434) is a significant advantage.
