We are searching for an experienced Level 3 IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide senior-level technical support within a multi-site enterprise environment. This role will act as a key escalation point, supporting infrastructure stability, security, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Support and guide the IT Service Desk and mentor junior team members
- Design, implement, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Maintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Experience & Skills required:
- 10+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise support, with min. 5 years in a senior position
- Hands-on networking experience (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) with Cisco and Fortinet
- Experience supporting multi-site environments xcfaprz and infrastructure projects
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
- Backup, recovery, monitoring, and disaster recovery experience
- Familiarity with MDM, SQL Server, SSO/SAML, and VoIP platforms (Webex desirable)
Must have own transport, be comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
