A client of mine, a fintech company based in Dublin are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer on a permanent basis here in Dublin. This role sits on an established team where the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering mission‑critical solutions in a fast‑paced fintech environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build and evolve microservices-based architectures
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments
Collaborate with product managers, architects and engineers to deliver high-quality software
You Will Have:
Extensive Software Engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem
Experience designing and implementing microservices xcfaprz architectures
Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS)
Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
