Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and delivering excellent customer service. Plumber works with various plumbing systems in residential, commercial or industrial settings.

*What you will do:*
* Assist in replacing sewer lines, including excavation and installation of new piping.
* Operate company vehicles to transport supplies and equipment to job sites.
* Perform digging and trenching work safely and efficiently.
* Mix and pour concrete for pipe installation and other related tasks.
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
* Perform general labor tasks as needed on plumbing jobsites.
* Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
* Provide support to skilled tradesmen and other team members as needed.
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in general labor, construction, or plumbing is preferred, but not required.
* Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
* Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Ability to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing industry.
*Physical Demands:*
* Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
* May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
* May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
* May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
*PAY TRANSPARENCY: *The starting pay for this opportunity ranges from *$20-$24* per hour but the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
