Hiring Landscape Crew Leader

What you’ll do... lead and motivate landscape crews, providing on the job training and guidance.
Coordinate daily job logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and materials.
Oversee and daily participate in the installation and maintenance of new and existing landscapes and turf. (planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, etc.)
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, crew and management.
Maintain accurate records of work activities (time and materials)
