Job Description
This role focuses on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver customized technical solutions . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with OEMs and technical buyers and enjoys solving complex application challenges.
What You’ll Do
• Grow industrial market sales by identifying new customers and applications
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end users
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Work with engineering teams to deliver custom engineered solutions
• Support proposals, quotations, and customer technical inquiries
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM systems
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of technical or industrial sales experience
• Experience selling engineered, mechanical, or industrial products
• Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend solutions
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
