*Job Summary*
The Product Owner is responsible for overseeing product development and lifecycle management, as well as coordinating with support, purchasing and engineering. You will be responsible for coordinating product launches, retirement, and revisions throughout our product catalog. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a product including certification, documentation, and lifecycle management.
This position is a salaried full time position, with a hybrid work schedule.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Effectively manages product timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
* Collects and prioritizes product requirements based on feedback from sales, engineering and manufacturing
* Creates and communicates product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and senior leadership.
* Analyze product performance and gather customer feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.
* Support go-to-market strategies, including product launches, training, and customer support initiatives.
*Required Qualifications*
* Demonstrated cross-departmental communication skills
* Exposure to certifications or standards (ANSI, UL, CE, FCC, etc.)
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Technical background, ideally in electronics manufacturing or hardware development
* Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in hardware and/or manufacturing
* Experience managing certification or standards
* Experience with ISO 9001

Pay: $78,500.00 - $87,250.00 per year
