Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. Valid driver's license and willing to travel outside of the country (less than 20% travel) Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work autonomously, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility, team-player, and attention to detail. Mechatronic component design and release experience preferred. Understanding of components and physical integration in vehicles. Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Experience with global project management and leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in advanced CAD software such as TeamCenter Vis, NX, CATIA or SolidWorks. Experience designing and operating electrical test benches for software integration. Prefer candidate with demonstrated experience with LIN and CAN network communications. Prefer candidate with demonstrated experience with calibration and diagnostic tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA, Witech, or CDA. Demonstrated experience with Reactive Problem-Solving Tools. Possess working knowledge of Stellantis systems.
