ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a locum tenens Electrophysiology physician to provide inpatient and call coverage due to a change in FTE. This role involves caring for an adult and geriatric population in a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma center with strong cardiology team support.

• Start Date: July 1, 2026

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours

• Call: 24-hour call

• Call Ratio: 1:4

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days

• Practice Setting: Inpatient and call coverage

• Patient Volume:

  • 20 clinic patients per day

  • 11 inpatient admissions per physician per day

• Facility Details:

  • Level 1 trauma center

  • 400 total beds, including 50 ICU beds

• Team Environment:

  • 20 cardiologists in the group

  • Other cardiologists present during coverage

  • Supervision of 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric

• EMR: Epic

• Procedures Required:

  • Electrical cardioversions

  • Electrocardiograms (EKGs)

  • Tilt table tests

  • All electrophysiology procedures

• Board Certified in Electrophysiology (required)

• BLS and ACLS certification (required)

• Ohio medical license (required; willing to obtain accepted)

• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (required)
