You will take real ownership across engineering, quality and programme.
This is not a background role.
You will lead from the front.
The role will see you:
- Own Health & Safety management on site
- Drive design coordination and close out RFIs properly
- Contribute meaningfully at Design Team meetings
- Manage subcontractors through programme, QA and commissioning
- Lead benchmarking, inspection management and technical approvals
- Champion BCAR compliance and digital management systems
- Oversee Temporary Works management
- Manage key stakeholders including Irish Water, ESB and local authorities
- Chair site and engineering meetings
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
You will challenge design.
You will push value engineering.
You will protect programme without compromising quality.

The ideal profile:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Strong residential background
Proven ability to hit demanding timelines
Confident communicator across site and leadership
Organised, detail-driven and commercially aware
