We’re looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and market presence in the process industries, including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and other key sectors. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to develop solutions, grow business, and champion process safety initiatives.

About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to increase revenue and profitability.
- Drive the full customer lifecycle from identifying opportunities to closing sales.
- Identify and develop new prospects in target sectors.
- Build expertise in customer applications and act as a solutions specialist.
- Support business development across Ireland and the UK.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety and data protection.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in sales within industrial or process sectors.
Required Skills
- Strong track record of technical and commercial sales success.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally overseas.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts and the full sales cycle.
- Knowledge of industrial automation or process technologies.
