Are you an experienced IT Service Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and rock-solid service delivery? Our client — a growing Irish financial services company — is undergoing exciting IT transformation work and is looking for aseasoned IT Operations Manager to join their expanding team in Dublin West.
You’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day IT service operations, building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the business. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with influence and visibility during a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Supporting the Head of IT Ops in delivering high-quality services across the ITIL lifecycle
- Leading incident & problem management processes, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
- Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance
- Driving process documentation, compliance (DORA, ISO), and audit support
- Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire business
- 7+ years in IT Service Management, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong understanding of xcfaprz ITIL (certified in v3 or v4) and DORA regulations
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Autotask
- A confident communicator and negotiator with top-tier stakeholder/vendor management skills
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments
