Regional Manager

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of high-performing retail stores across Cork.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious Regional Manager who thrives on driving performance, developing strong management teams, and influencing strategic growth. With full autonomy across your region and direct exposure to senior leadership, this role offers genuine impact, visibility, and progression.

Salary: €95,000 – €100,000

• Oversee the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of multiple retail stores
  
• Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and cost efficiencies across all locations
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and senior leadership teams
  
• Analyse KPIs, trading reports, and P&L performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards and operational procedures
  
• Manage regional recruitment, succession planning, and talent development strategies
  
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and structured performance reviews
  
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic growth and expansion plans

• Proven multi-site management experience within supermarket or large-format retail
  
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L accountability
  
• Experience leading high-volume, fast-paced store environments
  
• A genuine passion for people development and performance coaching
  
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on leadership style
  
• A full clean driving licence
