We are seeking a motivated and experienced Risk Advisor with 2–5 years’ experience in health and safety to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be based in either our Newry or Dublin office, with regular travel to client sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic consultancy environment, supporting clients across multiple sectors while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

• Provide competent health & safety and risk management advice to clients
  
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  
• Prepare and review safety statements, policies, and procedures
  
• Deliver practical, solutions-focused guidance tailored to client needs
  
• Support incident investigations and provide recommendations
  
• Assist with client training and workshops where required
  
• Contribute to business development activities, including client relationship management and supporting tender submissions
  
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  

• 
  
• 2–5 years’ experience in a health & safety advisory role
  
• Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or relevant third-level equivalent qualification
  
• Strong knowledge of current health & safety legislation and best practice
  
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
