As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll lead the way in designing innovative solutions that shape the technology direction for both clients and internal teams. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and craft strategic technology solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  
• Lead strategic planning efforts, shaping the tech direction for your team and clients.
  
• Act as the technical solution lead through project phases, ensuring successful delivery.
  
• Create architectural blueprints that address both functional and non-functional requirements.
  
• Contribute to team growth, bringing new tools, technologies, and ideas to the forefront.
  
• Engage in cross‑functional collaboration, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  
• Support presales and customer engagements, shaping solutions and estimating costs.
  
• Guide and support junior team members, fostering their development and feedback on solution design.
  
• Oversee career development, performance, and the continuous growth of your team.
  

• 
  
• 10+ years of experience in solution delivery, with a strong understanding of technology domains including software, data, infrastructure, and security.
  
• Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and the use of prevalent modelling tools.
  
• Expertise in Azure (preferred) or AWS, and front‑end technologies like React or Angular.
  
• Experience in API‑driven integration, event streaming, and backend for frontend designs.
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Fabric, IPaaS, case management solutions, and data management.
  
• Knowledge of security best practices, disaster recovery, and cloud adoption frameworks.
  
• Stakeholder management and the ability to lead solution proposals and cost estimations.
  
• Formal architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
