Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions for equipment builds.
  
• Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) to external suppliers for new equipment and upgrades.
  
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of equipment requests and manage the execution of results.
  
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews and contribute to product and process improvements.
  
• Apply knowledge of project management principles to support effective planning and execution.
  
• Document meeting outcomes and coordinate status updates and approvals on key project deliverables.
  
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, engaging with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  
• Track project milestones and ensure alignment with overall timelines.
  
• Estimate time requirements and sequence project tasks for optimal delivery.
  
• Coordinate and prioritize activities related to service, maintenance and upgrades, involving both internal teams and external vendors.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project engineering or related technical role.
  
• Strong analytical, systems analysis and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project, Jira or similar).
  
• Ability to identify schedule deviations and contribute to corrective action planning at the project level. xcfaprz
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
