Overview of role

The Quality Risk Management (QRM) Lead will play a pivotal role within the EHR programme, ensuring that quality, safety and risk management principles are fully embedded across all design, build and implementation activities. This role will provide specialist expertise to teams working within Curam, support the evaluation of functionality within the Meditech platform, and lead the review, design and build of the Quality Risk Management (QRM) module and Surveillance screens. A dedicated QRM Lead will enable accurate mapping and optimisation of quality processes, ensuring that quality workflows, KPIs and clinical metrics can be effectively captured within the EHR. The role will directly support the development of enhanced quality insights, streamlined processes and data‑driven patient risk identification, escalation and prioritisation. This role will be essential in advancing new ways of working, including the integration of surveillance tolls that improve clinician visibility of high‑risk patients and support timely, informed clinical decision making. Without a dedicated resource, these critical quality and surveillance activities would be significantly limited and risk being removed from scope.
