Cyber Security Architect

Contract Type: Day Rate Contract (12-month Rolling Contracts)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to join a growing Security Architecture function. This role focuses on ensuring that IT and OT designs, projects, and initiatives align with enterprise security standards, policies, and best practices.

• Review solution designs (HLD/LLD) and define security requirements across IT and OT environments.
  
• Provide architecture input across a portfolio of change initiatives and cybersecurity workstreams (incl. MFA uplift, secure configuration, PIM, monitoring enhancements, governance & compliance).
  
• Support enterprise cybersecurity uplift projects covering cloud security, incident response, red teaming, and security standards development.
  
• Engage with project teams to ensure secure integration with operational services (EDR, SIEM/SOC, vulnerability management).
  
• Identify, document, and elevate risks to cybersecurity governance forums.
  
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of security policies, guidelines, and reference architectures.
  
• (For OT-related work) Assist in hardening network and infrastructure designs for water treatment and industrial environments.

• Strong background in security architecture, infrastructure, or network security.
  
• Experience reviewing and designing secure enterprise solutions.
  
• Knowledge of cloud security technologies (CASB, SASE, CPSM, etc.) beneficial.
  
• Familiarity with OT / ICS environments an advantage.
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to challenge and influence.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SABSA, Azure/AWS security) are a plus.

• Standard: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
  
• Remote considered for strong candidates.
