Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading global EPCM company with operations worldwide and involvement in diverse projects across Ireland, to join their team on a project in Limerick.

The Electrical Supervisor is appointed to a project as part of the Construction Team, responsible for the correct and timely execution of the Electrical Scope in compliance with the company’s Safety and Quality requirements, the detailed design, cost control estimates, contract, SOPs, WIs, standards, and other relevant documentation.

• Support the CM with Constructability Reviews and Interactive planning sessions with the Client and Design Team.
  
• Guarantee that the projects are constructed to the drawings, specifications, applicable standards, good construction practices, to schedule and in accordance with the cost budget.
  
• Ensure that the construction phase of the projects is adequately provided with suitable, qualified and experienced personnel, along with all the necessary plant, tools, temporary facilities and other resources.
  
• Manage construction works from pre-construction to system turnover.
  
• Guide and oversee the assigned staff in performing their tasks.
  
• Carry out assessments and appraisals of the contractors’ work and report the results.
  
• Reviews contractor progress reports and provides input to weekly CM report out to Client. xcfaprz
  
• Attends daily whiteboard and contractor progress meetings.
