17-Unit Residential & Mixed-Use Development

Powderly Construction is preparing to break ground on an exciting €4 million residential and mixed‑use development, and we’re looking for a strong, hands‑on Site Manager to take the lead on site from day one.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a well‑structured, high‑quality project with a supportive developer and clear programme.

• 13 timber‑frame houses
  
• 4 apartments over 2 retail units (mixed‑use block)
  
• 18‑month programme
  
• Long‑term, full‑time role
  

We’re keen to secure the right person early and would love to speak with experienced Site Managers who are ready to take ownership of a project and see it through successfully.

• 
  
• Full‑time on‑site management of houses and mixed‑use block
  
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and materials
  
• Maintaining high standards across BCAR, fire, acoustic & H&S compliance
  
• Managing snagging through to successful handover
  
• Reporting progress directly to the developer
  

This role suits someone who takes pride in running a tidy, efficient site and delivering quality builds on programme.

• 
  
• 5–10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed‑use developments
  
• Experience with apartments over commercial units (highly desirable)
  
• Strong understanding of timber frame, blockwork, and sequencing
  
• Organised, proactive, and confident in leading site teams
  
• Available full‑time for the duration of the project
