We're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementations to join our team of over 20 Salesforce professionals. You will be instrumental in delivering scalable and secure solutions for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
Lead technical teams in developing and deploying Salesforce applications.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions.
Oversee system integrations and optimize performance across Salesforce applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
Effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Who You Are: Hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce development and implementation.
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Developer.
Show proven expertise in managing complex Salesforce projects and leading technical teams.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Be familiar with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration strategies.
Knowledge of web application development and enterprise-level technical solutions.

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $115,800 to $202,700, based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and compliance with applicable minimum wage regulations.
