- Construction / Tiling Products Leinster Territory (Strong focus on Dublin) €65,000
- €70,000 base salary + bonus + company car + benefits THE COMPANY Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the construction materials sector, supplying a high-quality range of tiling adhesives, grouts, preparation products and installation systems used across residential and commercial building projects.
Their products are widely used by professional tilers, contractors and installers and are stocked through a network of specialist distributors, builders' merchants and tiling retailers across Ireland.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand in the Leinster region, they are now looking to hire a Sales Representative to manage and grow their presence across the territory.
THE ROLE This is a field-based sales role covering Leinster, with a strong focus on the Greater Dublin construction market.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with tiling distributors, builders' merchants, specialist retailers and professional installers, ensuring strong product presence and identifying opportunities to grow sales within the territory.
Responsibilities will include: Managing and growing relationships with tiling distributors and specialist retailers Calling to tiling contractors, installers and construction professionals on site Driving product awareness and increasing sales across the territory Supporting distributors with product training and demonstrations Identifying new business opportunities within the construction and renovation markets This is a well-established territory with existing customers, but there is also a strong focus on developing new business and expanding market share.
THE PERSON We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience selling within the construction or building products sector, however experience selling tiling products specifically is not essential.
This role could suit someone currently selling: Construction materials Plumbing or heating products Bathrooms, tiles or flooring Kitchens, bedrooms or interiors Building supplies through merchants or distributors You may also come from a retail or showroom sales background, selling products such as bathrooms, tiles, flooring or kitchens, and be looking to move into a field-based sales role.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience selling construction or interior building products Strong relationship-building and communication skills The ability to work with retailers, distributors and trade professionals A proactive and self-motivated approach to developing a territory THE PACKAGE Base Salary: €65,000
