Our client has been bringing the latest fashion to the high street since 1969 and now have over 400 stores worldwide! They are a global, multichannel brand offering on trend and affordable fashion products for all genders and ages. Like many modern fashion brands, they have initiated efforts to become more sustainable. They have introduced eco friendly clothing lines and have made commitments to reduce their environmental impact.

They are seeking a visionary fashion manager with a dynamic leadership approach to drive the store's success.

• Train and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the highest standards of customer service
• Develop and implement sale strategies to drive revenue growth and reach all KPI targets
  
• Train new starters and also evaluate current staff's performance and implement and training that may be needed for upskilling
  
• Schedule and shifts and manage staff levels
  
• Ensure the store layout and product placement align with the companies branding and standards
  
• Over see day-to day operations of the store
• Provide feed back and insight to the higher management within the company
  

• Proven management experience within a fast paced retail environment (fashion based store not essential)
  
• History of delivering and exceeding KPI targets
  
• Be a quick thinker and a skilled problem solver
  
• Have an understanding of customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming working environment
  
• Effective communication and people management skills
