What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with clients across key sectors such as pharma, medical devices, and financial services, supporting and delivering their IT hiring needs.
  • Source and build relationships with candidates in niche IT markets, manage expectations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Manage accounts as a key point of contact for both clients and candidates, achieve and exceed KPIs, and accelerate your career progression.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience post-education, with at least 12 months in a client-facing or customer support role. xcfaprz
  • EU Passport, UK Passport, or Stamp 4 Visa (essential).
  • Dublin-based and able to commute to the office Monday-Friday (Dublin 2, 8:30 am–6:00 pm).

Total Compensation of an Average Performer (with higher earning potential)

Base Salary DOE (early–mid €30,000s), Uncapped Commission, Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
