Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in security manpower and consultancy sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and strategic partners.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Oversee marketing and branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in security or manpower services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
- Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.
