We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer on behalf of a client on a contract basis in Dublin.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Lightning platform
- Create and maintain Apex code including classes, triggers, and batch processing jobs
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura-based components
- Establish system integrations through REST/SOAP web services and Salesforce Connect
- Utilize Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions for code development and deployment
- Execute data migration projects using Data Loader and extract-transform-load (ETL) solutions
- Troubleshoot, test, and enhance performance across Apex code, SOQL queries, and Lightning components
- Partner with business analysts and system administrators to convert business requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Aura frameworks)
- Background in deploying and supporting managed packages within Salesforce environments
- Advanced proficiency with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce development extensions
- Comprehensive understanding of SOQL, SOSL query languages and Salesforce Governor Limits
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful web services, JSON data formats, and third-party integrations
- Solid grasp of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Working knowledge of continuous integration/deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, or Copado
- Experience working within Scrum/Agile development frameworks
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification strongly preferred
Additional Requirements & Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Understanding of financial services sector, loan origination processes, and banking operations
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or comparable services for system integration
- nCino Developer or Administrator Certification considered an advantage
- Practical experience in nCino platform development and system configuration
