ITW MEDICAL ROLE: ITW Medical, a division of ITW, is comprised of two highly respected brands
- Coeur and Filtertek, supplying critical filtration, flow control, and fluid management solutions serving Surgical, Infusion, Bioprocessing and Diagnostic end markets.

We are looking for a talented, experienced Product Manager with a passion for healthcare, career advancement to join and accelerate our efforts to improve surgical procedures, improve diagnostics, enhance patient care, optimize drug delivery with the end goal of improving patient outcomes and lowering cost of care.
This role would be located at our Newcastle West, Ireland office and report to the Innovation Marketing Manager.
Position Summary: Assigned product category leadership providing a strategic analysis of where ITW Medical is today and defining a product roadmap for future growth Analyze and prioritize opportunities for ITW Medical in assigned product category to deliver healthy organic growth and profitability.
Champion innovation process for top opportunities via a cross functional team ensuring that customer needs are met via new product launches Support sales team by developing strong value propositions, defining and executing Go-to-Market strategy for products.
Provide a customer-centric mindset to facilitate cross-functional improvement of product category margins, product life cycle management, and service capabilities Primary Responsibilities: Drive meaningful Organic Growth through product development strategy support and provide Go-To-Market Strategy leadership.
For assigned projects own and guide cross-functional teams through the NPD Stage Gate Process (ITW Customer-Back Innovation Process), delivering strong business cases, Value Proposition, and associated deliverables.
Formulate research plans and discussion guides, identifying ways to improve infusion therapies, surgical procedures, bioprocessing manufacturing, and diagnostic imaging by partnering with OEMs and clinicians.
Prepare Business Cases for New Products and sustaining initiatives for existing products including Capex, Market Share, Target customers, MM, ROI, NPV, etc.
For assigned products perform portfolio management activities such as pricing, and product life cycle management.
Position Skills and Experience Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent degree.
MBA preferred but not required.
5+ years product management experience of which 3 years in a Medical Device OEM or a supplier to a medical device OEM is preferred.
Surgical and/or Infusion medical device and/or component experience preferred.
Ability to thrive, prioritize and collaborate in a decentralized, entrepreneurial culture.
