Location: Limerick (on-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Customs Broker on behalf of our client to provide temporary customs clearance support. This role is ideal for a customs professional who is available at short notice and comfortable working in a busy logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of import and export customs declarations
- Ensuring compliance with Irish and EU customs regulations
- Liaising with Revenue, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
- Managing customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, and transport documents
- Resolving customs queries and clearance issues in a timely manner
- Supporting daily operational customs activities as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in customs clearance (import/export)
- Strong xcfaprz knowledge of Irish/EU customs procedures and regulations
- Experience using customs systems (e.g. AIS or similar)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
