This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager coming from either a main contractor or consultancy background.
It is particularly well suited to those seeking to transition from a high-intensity contractor environment into a more balanced consultancy setting, while still working on high-profile developments.
Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion across residential and infrastructure sectors.
Oversee programme, cost, and quality performance to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Manage procurement processes and coordinate design and delivery teams.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies where required.
Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on project progress and performance.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and best practice standards.
Support the continued growth of the project management function within the business.
Requirements Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
7+ years experience in project management within a contractor or consultancy environment.
Strong track record delivering residential, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially aware with strong programme management capability.
Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress into more senior leadership roles.
Package €90,000 €100,000 DOE.
Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
