Warehouse Manager

Celtic Careers are looking for a Warehouse & Distribution Manager for our client based in Ballymount Dublin 24. Seeking a manager with a hands‑on approach to lead a fast‑paced retail warehouse operation.

This role is focused on stock accuracy, efficient fulfilment, strong supplier coordination, and team leadership with an opportunity to progress and develop with this well‑established company.

• 
  
• 3–5 years’ warehouse supervisory/management experience
  
• Retail warehouse environment preferred
  
• Strong hands‑on approach and team‑focused leadership style
  
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
  
• Advanced Excel and WMS/ERP experience
  
• Full clean driver’s licence
  
• Forklift and Safety certifications required
  

• 
  
• Oversee Goods In, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
  
• Maintain high stock accuracy and manage cycle counts
  
• Ensure timely Retail order fulfilment
  
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and supplier schedules
  
• Produce KPI reports using Excel, WMS, and ERP systems
  
• Maintain strong Health & Safety standards
  

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
