Robotic Process Automation Consultant

My client is one of the largest and most successful banks in the world with offices in Dublin. They are a leader in the Fintech industry, working on cutting edge technology that’s shaping the future of finance and investments. They have a number of exciting projects and new developments underway and they are looking to add to the growing teams in multiple divisions.

We are seeking an experienced Automation Analyst to lead the delivery of a suite of process automation projects. The role combines hands‑on automation development with end‑to‑end delivery, driving efficiency and operational excellence across key banking processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in automation tools, Python, SQL/Oracle, and experience in investment banking environments.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions for various processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
• Build scalable and robust automations using UiPath, Alteryx, PEGA, and custom scripting with Python.
• Extract, manipulate, and integrate data using SQL and Oracle databases.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and operational standards within a banking environment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior automation developers or analysts.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Produce technical documentation and maintain knowledge repositories.

• Strong experience in RPA and process automation delivery, preferably within investment banking or financial services.
• Hands‑on skills in:
• UiPath – building and deploying bots
• Alteryx – workflow automation and data analytics
• PEGA – case management and BPM
• Python – scripting and automation
• SQL / Oracle – data extraction and transformation
• Experience leading end‑to‑end automation projects from concept to production.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior experience in investment banking operations, trade processing, or regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of financial services regulatory and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with integrating automation solutions into existing enterprise systems.
