You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-calibre talent for leading global clients across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organisations.
About the Role You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and headhunting niche technical professionals across areas such as: Validation & CQV Engineers Automation & Controls Engineers Manufacturing & Process Engineers MSAT Specialists Quality & Compliance Professionals Capital Project & Program Managers we are looking for someone with strong market mapping, direct sourcing, and relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Proactively headhunt top-tier talent within the Irish MedTech & Life Sciences market Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future project needs Engage passive candidates through strategic outreach Conduct detailed technical screening interviews Partner closely with business development and client relations teams Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding standards What Were Looking For 3+ years recruitment experience within Irish MedTech / Pharma / Life Sciences Proven headhunting and direct sourcing expertise Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles Excellent stakeholder management xcfaprz skills Commercially aware and target-driven Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Why Join NovintiX?
