Senior Water Engineer

We specialise in all aspects of water and wastewater networks and treatment. The role involves delivering water/wastewater treatment, storage, supply and collection systems on transformational programmes for critical infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

• Design and deliver water and wastewater schemes at various project stages from feasibility to detailed design, contract document preparation and construction administration following relevant design standards and codes.
  
• Prepare briefs, scopes of work and input into bid proposals.
  
• Collaborate with teams in Ireland and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  
• Manage projects or support the Project Manager in monitoring project delivery within defined budget and programme requirements.
  
• Understand, communicate and manage project risks.
  
• Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
  

• 
  
• Chartered Civil Engineer.
  
• Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build.
  
• Sound knowledge in water and/or wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply and wastewater collection systems and familiarity with current Ireland design standards and working practices.
  
• Sound commercial, contractual and programme experience.
  
• Ability to work within a team environment and under own initiative to achieve project goals.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
