Your new role You will be responsible for processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls across NI/UK and ROI, maintaining strong accuracy, and ensuring compliance with all payroll legislation and internal processes.
The role involves managing time and attendance systems, supporting employee queries, and working closely with external payroll providers (CORE) and third-party stakeholders.
This is a 12 month contract Key duties include: Processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls Collating timesheets, holiday entitlements and reconciling weekly hours Managing Time & Attendance within TMS, including all absences Coordinating new hires, leavers, and all payroll transactions/adjustments Providing timely and professional employee support Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) in line with legislation Ensuring compliance with payroll SOX processes and company guidelines Applying strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC rules, pensions, BIK and payroll deductions Working effectively with external payroll provider CORE Liaising with HMRC and third-party providers when required What you'll need to succeed Previous NI/UK payroll experience essential Experience with NI and ROI payroll highly desirable CIPP/IPASS qualified Ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate Excel skills (formatting, data validation & analysis) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills What you'll get in return Flexible start and finish times Hybrid working model 20 days annual leave + 1 day wellness leave per annum Pension scheme Opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that places huge emphasis on collaboration, communication and customer focus What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
